fix: Fix ants.Pool goroutine leak ( #41892 )

1. Release the pool after it is no longer in use.
2. Upgrade ants.Pool to fix the goroutine leak issue (see [PR
#287 ](https://github.com/panjf2000/ants/pull/287 )).
