- Add `PinAllCells` helper method to CacheSlot class
- Modified ValueAt, RawAt, PrimitiveRawAt to Bulk version, to reduce
caching layer overhead
- Removed some unclear templated bulk_subscript methods
- CachedSearchIterator to store PinWrapper when searching on
ChunkedColumn, and removed unused contrustor.
