The collection not found err could contains db id in err message, which
is not meaningful to users.
This patch make error message wrapping dbname instead of db id.

This PR introduces two restrictions:
1. Before dropping a collection, all aliases associated with that
collection must be dropped.
2. When creating a collection, if the collection name duplicates any
alias, the collection creation will fail.
